German misnister leads 45 member delegation to India to triple trade with india. West Bengal has a lot of potential and German firms are very excited about it.

According to media reports, Germany is keen to increase business ties with India, German minister for economics, transport and employment Walter Hirche said here on Friday.

The minister, leading a 45-member delegation currently touring the country, said the team would have close interaction with companies working in the areas of IT, engineering, automotive components, tourism, food-processing, logistics, education, law and management services.

He said German companies were keen to enter into strategic business alliances and joint venture partnership with Indian counterparts in these areas.
