Silver moving up due to Indian demand

Silver reached an intra-day high of $10.31 a troy ounce on Friday after rising more than 4 per cent in the previous session. The exchange traders and commercial houses are pointing to Indian demand that is escalating very fast.

The London Metal exchange and Bombay silver traders are reporting extreme heavy demand of the metal from rural India.
