Strange electromagnetic radiation of unknown high frequency coming from outer edge of the universe and Black Holes controls human minds?

Strange electromagnetic waves with super high frequency or energy levels penetrate earth and reach human minds to control the thinking process. Some scientists are convinced that these strange electromagnetic radiation influencing human brains come from the outer edge of the Universe and Black Holes at the centers of the Galaxies.

According to some forward looking scientists, it may be the way the extraterrestrial type IV civilizations control human mind and activities.

Radiation is energy that travels and spreads out as it goes-- visible light that comes from a lamp in your house or radio waves that come from a radio station are two types of electromagnetic radiation. Other examples of EM radiation are microwaves, infrared and ultraviolet light, X-rays and gamma-rays. Hotter, more energetic objects and events create higher energy radiation than cool objects. Only extremely hot objects or particles moving at very high velocities can create high-energy radiation like X-rays and gamma-rays.

The type of electromagnetic (EM) radiation these scientists working under deep classified military projects are talking about is of much higher in the spectrum than even the X-Rays and gamma-rays. These EM radiations are not harmful to human body or mind unlike X-rays and gamma-rays,

Normally Electromagnetic radiation from space is unable to reach the surface of the Earth except at a very few wavelengths, such as the visible spectrum, radio frequencies, and some ultraviolet wavelengths. Astronomers can get above enough of the Earth's atmosphere to observe at some infrared wavelengths from mountain tops or by flying their telescopes in an aircraft. Experiments can also be taken up to altitudes as high as 35 km by balloons which can operate for months. Rocket flights can take instruments all the way above the Earth's atmosphere for just a few minutes before they fall back to Earth, but a great many important first results in astronomy and astrophysics came from just those few minutes of observations. For long-term observations, however, it is best to have the detector on an orbiting satellite.

The EM radiation coming from Black Holes at the outer edge of the Universe and Black Holes at the centers of the Galaxies reach the earth easily and are undetectable by normal terrestrial detection devices. According to some scientists these radiation is there but the energy levels or frequencies are obscured under the cloud of virtual particles.
