Russia and China starts strategic talks in security cooperation

It may finally provide shape for BRICS alliance comprising Brazil, Russia, Indiam China and South Africa.
Russian Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov and Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan began their second round of security talks. The two are to discuss bilateral relations, sovereignty and national security. Ivanov said the first round of Sino-Russian security consultations has produced positive results, and said bilateral ties have reached unprecedented levels.
