It may be a signal of security threats in US President George Bush's upcoming visit to South America.

Three letters bombs exploded in the Argentine provinces of San Martín, San Miguel and Quilmes, Argentine authorities confirmed Oct. 6. The bombings were in response to U.S. President George W. Bush's scheduled November visit to attend the Summit of the Americas in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Various groups claimed responsibility for the bombs, which were placed inside ATM machines at U.S. banks and at a Blockbuster Videos store. There have been no reported casualties.
