Model-turned-actor Tara Sharma, however, would rather be known as a 'serious actress'''' rather than just ''''another pretty face'''' in Bollywood. "As a newcomer in the film industry from a non-film background, the only roles offered to you in big-budget commercial films are those of the hero's pretty girlfriend or wife. However, having already done quite of few of such roles, I am now very careful and want to do only performance oriented roles.
