Tapping the hyper dimensional space –time – the Hyperspace to create, control and guide hurricanes
It is reverse engineered from the extraterrestrial aliens. It is the technology used in creating and defending against manipulated weather especially the hurricanes and typhoons.
The concept is simple. The implementation needs a huge pool of electromagnetic radiation. If you think from terrestrial standpoint, no country on the earth can even imagine the amount of electromagnetic radiation needed to manipulate, control, create and guide a hurricane or typhoon. But terrestrial scientists have learnt the techniques from the extraterrestrial aliens while denying the existence of the later.
The technology deployed is to tap the Hyperspace through the Fermions so that endless pool of electromagnetic radiation can be used to electrically charge the ionosphere to a great degree beyond imagination from terrestrial scales.
At that point, some hurricane seeding technologies are used with the use of a huge gust of ionized dry air. The net result is the seeding birth of a hurricane or typhoon in the ocean. After that the focused electromagnetic radiation is used to guide and control the hurricane to the desired area.
Theoretically it is possible. From practical standpoint there are some difficult hurdles. That is why many scientists believe that it cannot be done with the help of current terrestrial technologies.
The biggest hurdle is in tapping the Fermions in the spatial space-time of 3-D. According to some physicists it not difficult at all, because you never have to map the 3-D spatial to the 5-D Hyperspace. A portable particle collider in a space module or a satellite can tap fermions. Interestingly, the effect can be generated in a very small area. All that is needed is just a very small microscopic opening. It is similar to making a small hole or big hole is a air filled balloon. The effect will be the same. The portable particle collider can also be onboard of a large airplane.
The Hyperspace have unlimited amount of electromagnetic radiation that can be tapped with one more microscopic fermions. Once the Fermions are opened the electromagnetic radiation needs to be appropriately guided to the seeded storm.
