In Andhra Pradesh, a state in India, peasants are committing suicide in thousands because they cannot pay their bills. The common people in the rural sector hate the Congress party politicians who try to live of the votes of the minorities and work for the rich oligarchs. In the middle of this the dangerous and outright militant Maoists with the policies of China leader Mao are gaining popularity. These dangerous communist elements are going after the Congress Party workers killing them right and left.

Suspected Maoist militants shot nine people to death in an ambush on a car after an Indian Independence Day celebration Aug. 15 in Andhra Pradesh in southeastern India. The victims included an influential provincial lawmaker, Narsi Reddy, of the states ruling Congress Party.
