Ash still cannot get over Priyanka for replacing her in Bluffmaster but Priyanka reaches out to square it out with Ash
The new Bollywood skirmishes are on. Bluff Master has left Aishwarya Rai completely stunned. She is still trying to get over from the way in which Rohan Sippy replaced her with Priyanka Chopra in his forthcoming film.
"I was cast opposite Abhishek Bachchan in Kuch Naa Kaho and Rohan was my director. He asked me to work in Bluff Master as well and I agreed. Since I know him, I didn''t think it was necessary to enter into a formal agreement. I was therefore hurt when I came to know that the role had been offered to Priyanka Chopra. She accepted knowing full well that I was approached first. Both Rohan and Priyanka have disappointed me. I never imagined this kind of thing would happen. If I knew what Rohan had in mind, maybe I would have insisted on a formal contract," says Ash.
Priyanka, on her part, insists she had no intention of taking the role away from Ash. According to her: "I never try to snatch roles from anyone. Circumstances were such that I had to say yes to Bluff Master. However I spoke to Ash about it and clarified matters. I respect her a lot and don''t want any kind of confusion between us."
