Communists in India goes after BJP on Gujarat bringing Congress to its knees on riots against Sikhs– what about their own atrocities in West Bengal and Tripura?
Indian communists (CPM) have committed much more atrocities in West Bengal and Tripura than any anything publicized in India. Human Right violation by communists cadres in West Bengal has continued for decades starting from early sixties. The local party officials have committed levels of atrocities unprecedented by any standard of fascism. That is the reason no other parties ever could win a single election in West Bengal.
The communists have openly allowed Islamic Jihadists and illegal immigrants from Bangladesh to operate in West Bengal and Tripura. All they need are the votes of the Indian minorities and brainwash the public. There is a difference between a riot and an ideological cleansing of population. They have done in a free country like India what Mao did in China. They have created a scenario in West Bengal where opposition just cannot survive.
And now they are after Congress and BJP on riots. In a riot, hotheaded mob hurts the minorities. In a systematic well-planned organized atrocities, like what Hitler, Stalin or Mao did, a population is cleaned out so that no one can survive with different opinion. You decide which is worse!
Welcoming Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's apology to the nation for the anti-Sikh riots of 1984, CPM on Friday said BJP should apply the same yardstick and remove Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for the Godhra carnage.
"The Prime Minister's apology to the nation should be backed by time-bound action plan but BJP should also apply the same yardstick for Gujarat riots", CPM politburo member Brinda Karat told reporters here today.
Brushing aside the allegation that there was a delay in CPM's reaction on the issue, Brinda, who was elected to Rajya Sabha recently, said they had to carefully study the document before coming out with any remarks.
"This took some time, but our reaction is quick and fast", she said.
