Iran is adamant on Uranium enriching knowing very well US will not tolerate that for long. Where is this daring attitude coming from? China for the first time came out strong in favor of Iran. China depends heavily on Iran for its energy needs. China, according to international think tanks, may exercise Veto power in favor of Iran in the UN Security Council.
According to media sources, China does not believe that referring Iran to the United Nations Security Council would be helpful, Chinese U.N. Ambassador Wang Guangya said Aug. 10. Guangya added that the best process for resolving Iran's controversial nuclear program is through the European Union or the International Atomic Energy Agency.
