Major terrestrial superpowers will fight wars on distant planets in the next 50 years
In the next fifty years major terrestrial upper powers will wage wars on distant planets to capture them or simply show of force.
In the next several years as the earth experience major arms race among super powers and developing super powers, porting command and control infrastructures and strategic nuclear forces to distant planets starting with Mars will be priority. Moon, Mars and several other planetary bodies can be used for the purpose.
With earth shattering impact bombs that can chisel through the crust of the earth to the mantel in place, no underground command and control structures and deterrent strategic nuke forces will be safe anywhere in the earth. Countries are racing for sub-orbital dominance and future base building in Mars, Moon and other planets in the solar system.
The extraterrestrial technologies show that the command and control infrastructures need not be manned. They do not have to be the primary strike apparatus. They can act as a final deterrence. If and when the adversary is able to wipe out the terrestrial command and control infrastructures and major strategic nuke offensive initiatives, the control can be put to deterrence forces in the distant planet. In other words the adversary not only has to think about the terrestrial deterrence but also the distant planetary offensive forces and command and control structures.
That may be one of the reasons why the extraterrestrial visit earth, have underground bases under the tectonic plates and try to evade all. They just want to have a base that can act as deterrence in their “extraterrestrial Universe Affairs”.
According to experts as our civilization moves to the next level, we our selves will behave as the extraterrestrials do – the hide and seek game. Let us assume, one of the superpowers or developing super powers finds intelligent life and an excellent condition for building a fall back command and control structure in Callisto - the third largest moon in the solar system. First, that country is going to keep quiet. The military of that country will quietly negotiate an underground base in Callisto with the intelligent life forms of Callisto. In addition, if Callisto is divided into competing countries like earth, everything will keep quiet even in Callisto.
This can provide you some ideas as to why extraterrestrial UFOs are there but “not there according Governments”. When terrestrial civilization reaches interplanetary or even further inter galactic reach, our activities in the Universe can be kept quiet by many different factors.
