India gives ultimatum to Pakistan to dismantle "terrorist camps"
Kiran Chaube
Jul. 14, 2005

India has clearly told Pakistan that if terrorist camps in that country are not dismantled and infiltration is not stopped, the ongoing peace process could be hampered. Foreign Secretary Shyam Saran stated this after Pakistan's denial of existence of terrorist camps on its territory.
Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh had also recently said in London that India has concrete evidence of the existence of terrorist camps in Pakistan.
The peace process between the two countries had been delayed in the past due to terrorism and continuous infiltration. India says if Pakistan-sponsored terrorism continues, it would prove fatal to the peace process.
