Osama Bin Laden escaped to Kashmir from Afghan-Pak border region of Waziristan?
Something is going on in Kashmir as US coalition forces in Afghanistan zeroes in on Osama Bin Laden. There are indications that Kashmir militants are getting ready to protect an Islamic stalwart in recent days breaking the silence of terrorism and militancy in recent days. Some international think tanks now believe that Bin Laden has escaped now into porous part of Kashmir especially close to the Line of Control (LOC) where American military or any other forces may not so easily venture.
The zone of “Line of actual control” in Kashmir is very difficult to comp in any military operations. There are increasing activities among the Mujahideen militants to secure some spaces in the Pakistani side of the LOC.
According to some think-tanks. Vertain portions of Pakistan’s ISI that covertly help the Kashmiri jehadists may be aiding Bin Laden to hide there. Some also believe Bin Laden may be in India.
There are also increasing nervousness of some sorts among Bangladeshi Jihadists in recent days. According to these observations, Bin Laden may have also moved into the deep jungles of the Chitagong Hills.
One thing is for certain that the Western Pakistani tribal area bordering Afghanistan is more now in control pf Pakistani Government than ever. Pakistani military have used very shrewd but determined means of force and diplomacy to gain access and flush out the remnants of Al-Queda from there. They also know they will be under pressure if they do not perform the task they are performing.
In that case it just makes sense that Bin Laden moves into other safe heavens.
