Contrary to popular belief, ex-Miss World Priyanka Chopra did not make her debut in the Hindi movie ''The Hero''. Priyanka's first film was a Tamil film titled ''Thamizan''. Thamizan had Tamil superstar Vijay as Priyanka's co-star. The movie also starred Revathi, Ashish Vidyarthi and Nasser.

And now the same Tamil film is being dubbed in Hindi as ''Jeet - Born To Win''. Cashing on the current success graph of Priyanka Chopra, producers Sanjesh Ahuja and Rajesh Ahuja have acquired the film from South producer G. Venkateswaran.
