Saudi Arabia trying to avoid full international nuclear inspections of International Atomic Energy Agency's – did Pakistan deliver the nukes to Saudis?
Saudi Arabia has a secret deal with Pakistan to ensure Pakistani nukes for Saudis in case of need. In exchange Saudi financial and energy assistance for Pakistan went many folds.
Pakistan may have delivered the nukes to Saudis. The first suspicious moves by the Saudis came from trying to avoid International Atomic Energy Agency's inspections.
The United States, European Union and other Western powers are pushing Saudi Arabia to agree to full international nuclear inspections, diplomats said on June 11. The effort comes as Saudi Arabia considers signing the International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) Small Quantities Protocol that reduces IAEA inspections in countries with small nuclear programs. Diplomats said that Riyadh does not represent a direct proliferation threat, but that they want the Saudis to agree to full inspections as a goodwill gesture to demonstrate that Saudi Arabia will not seek to develop nuclear weapons in response to Iran's nuclear program.
Saudi nukes can be dangerous for Israel. India and Russia. Saudis are probably getting nervous because of nuke threat of Iran. The secret nuke for energy and money deal with Pakistan may be enforcing itself now as Pakistan did provide nuke security guarantee to Saudi. The Saudis may be looking to have the Islamic nukes ready for use in case their country is invaded by Iran or Western interests for oil.
