Manipulating weather with the help of extraterrestrial electromagnetic radiation– a new phase in contemporary cold war
The new cold war between different nations is in acquiring capabilities to demonstrate mastery in superior technologies. One such field where a lot of defense research is getting priorities is in the capabilities in being able to manipulate the weather.
The newest technological break through is coming from the capabilities of using electromagnetic radiation from distant stars throwing quanta of energy at the earth.
Electromagnetic radiation consists of electric and magnetic waves, which traverses at the speed of light and are at right angle to each other. Manipulating this burst of radiation from distant stars can allow massive weather manipulation techniques. The controlling these waves is not easy. Special sensitive and smart algorithms are required to adjust these extraterrestrial waves.
The bursts of particle energy called quanta and manipulating them at the ionosphere and the magnetosphere of the earth can manipulate the weather on the earth. The smart algorithms can redirect the particle energy to create cyclone, stop a cyclone, create rain, and stop rain and so on.
Quantitative analysis is used to manipulate the particle energy and a little error in the algorithm can cause opposite effects. The whole burden of making work lies on computer scientists instead of physicists or astrophysicists.
Many countries have secretly put in devices on the earth to manipulate the terrestrial ionosphere and the magnetosphere. They call these high-energy devices means of frying incoming ballistic missiles. But in reality a variation of these devices classified under other projects can manipulate the incoming burst of particle energies or the massive electromagnetic radiations to manipulate the weather patterns and create or stop artificial weathers.
A new science and technology initiatives are taking priorities ion many space agencies to understand the availability of these bursts of electromagnetic radiations from the Sun and other distant stars. This just makes enormous energy available for the most devastating war machine called artificial weather manipulation techniques.
