Al-Queda teasing with rumors game and making new Iraqi Government run?
Al-Queda has started a nasty rumor game and is making the new Iraqi Government run with their security apparatus to nowhere. According some of the media sources from Iraq, Al Qaeda in Iraq issued a statement on May 27th that says its leader, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, is in good health and has resumed leadership of the jihadist insurgent group. A posting on an Islamist Web site reports that al-Zarqawi is overseeing operations and says there are no conflicts within the organization. This latest statement contradicts earlier claims that a temporary successor was leading the insurgent group in al-Zarqawi's absence because he was shot earlier in the week.
Iraqi forces backed by U.S. troops surrounded the village of Abu Shallal to the north of Baghdad on May 27 after reports surfaced that Abu Musab al-Zarqawi might be hiding there, Kuwait's KUNA news agency said.
