Riverbeds can be manipulated to create huge devastating artificial floods – countermeasures are available too
Artificial weather manipulation, creation of landslides, Tsunamis, earthquakes and volcanoes will become more of a part of warfare that can devastate the enemy without a chance to react. According to some researchers, manipulation of riverbeds is the next thing in the list of modern warfare.
An advancing enemy column can be wiped out in no time by creation of a high intensity massive flood in a river by shifting its bed through tectonic manipulations.
Continental crust can be affected by electromagnetic flux and high intensity artificial gravity through electromagnetic intensity. If the crust in subjected to a algorithm controlled massively intense tectonic manipulators, the riverbeds can be shifted, raised and at the same time landslide created in adjacent land masses. The net result is creation of devastating flood in a small local zone that can wipe out a country’s very important military infrastructure. No one will even realize if this was created by artificial means.
Technologies are also being researched to stop such devastations. The countermeasures can also be used to stop a natural devastating flood. Raising adjacent landmasses, lowering the riverbeds and so on can counter act a natural or artificial flood mechanism.
Some experts believe that in future the dams that control river flow will be replaced by these means.
The military of this technology is deplorable, as it will affect innocent human beings. But then that is how the human civilization really works. Dynamite was created to excavate and so on. It was fast used to kill human beings.
Technology will evolve and will be used by country’s to establish superiority over other countries. But other countries can also create the countermeasures to neutralize the technical superiority.
