The shadow Government of Pakistan controlled by ISI and protecting the future genie Al-Queda and Osama
The Pakistan Government has dual personalities. A better way to put it is that there is an official Government of Pakistan and there is a shadow Government in Pakistan.
The official Government of Pakistan is obviously run and controlled by General Musharraf and the official representatives of Pakistan.
But there is an unofficial shadow Government that is controlled by the ISI of Pakistan. It keeps the genie – Al-Queda and Osama alive.
What most likely took place after nine eleven terror acts is that Pakistn realized it can only survive by splitting itself into Musharraf’s official Government and ISI’s unofficial shadow Government infrastructure. The two sides decided not to interfere with each other. The deal was that Musharraf’s official Government would be the “good people” trying to make friends with America and India. The ISI’s shadow Government will continue its unofficial Jihad, protect Osama, and protect Al-Queda. This serves Pakistan very well. For now, Pakistan is in good books of India and America. In case Americans leave Afghanistan and middle east and Al-Queda comes back in some form, the shadow Government will become the official Government and Pakistan will still be a winner.
The problem came from the Americans. Americans were watching closely. The Americans pointed out Al-Queda members roaming around in Pakistan. Pakistanis had to arrest these Al-Queda leaders. Al-Queda became impatient and nervous with losing their senior and operational leaders. Some of these Al-Queda operatives went against the official Pakistani Government. They may have actually tried to assassinate Musharraf. The official Government retaliated with its overt means.
No one knows what happened after that. Today, Pakistani Foreign Minister Khurshid Kasuri says Osama bin Laden is alive, but that his network is paralyzed, English-language newspaper The News reported on May 20. Kasuri declined to give information about bin Laden's specific location, but did say that the Al-Qaeda leader is on the run with a small group of people.
The simple question is - how does Mr. Kasur know all this? Who is coordinating the cover up? If Osama Bin Laden is on the run in Pakistan, why can he not be caught? Who is in charge of ISI operations in Northeast India with thousands of operatives in coordination with Bangladesh? Who is coordinating ISI lead operations in Kashmir? Why is it that the terror infrastructure is not dismantled?
