New advanced mind control techniques gives a new flavor to modern warfare
Controlling the mind of the enemy is liking winning a war without fighting it. Defense scientists and research engineers are busy all over the world in many countries trying to create the ultimate mind control machine that can make the enemy surrender without any fight.
Scientists have focused on certain aspects of the reported extraterrestrial UFOs, alien contacts and close encounters for this purpose. According to many scientists it is possible to create a hypnotic effect using mind control techniques. In the battlefield you do not expect parapsychologists trying to hypnotize the enemy commanders. It is not only impractical; it can have total reverse effect.
The purpose is to create some mechanical or electronic device that create an environment in which signals can be dispatched to mind directly without letting the actual person know.
