Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was injured and is still alive. He is in Iraq and based on reports he is in the Sunni belt of Iraq.
He was injured and treated in an Iraqi hospital May 11, U.K. paper Sunday Times reported May 15. The Times asserts that it interviewed a doctor in Ar Ramadi who treated al-Zarqawi.
