US along with the rest of the world will put pressure on the King of Nepal to restore democracy as soon as possible.

U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia Christina Rocca arrived May 9 on a three-day visit to Nepal aimed at pressuring King Gyanendra to restore democratic rule. Rocca is scheduled to meet with senior members of the current pro-monarchy government as well as political leaders dismissed by Gyanendra on Feb 1.
