Pakistan claims to have captured Al-Queda No. 3 who tried to assassin Musharraf twice

Pakistan may have captured the man who tried to assassin Musharraf twice. According media reports from Pakistani sources, Pakistan has captured Abu Faraj al-Libbi, a Libyan believed to be third in command of al Qaeda, Pakistan Information Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed confirmed May 4. Al-Libbi was reported captured earlier in the week, possibly in the Waziristan region. He was wanted in connection with two assassination attempts against Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf.

Some in Pakistan claim that the report is still to early call. The identity of Abu Faraj al-Libbi is not confirmed yet. Musharraf really wanted to capture the people who tried tow assassin him twice.
