Mallika finally gets hold of her dream “eye candy” Big B
Mallika’s long time fantasy is to have her eye candy Big B. She has got it at least for a while!
S. Raamanathan, one of the most respected names in the industry and who has a number of biggies to his credit Mahaan, Geraftaar, Gangaa Jamunaa Saraswathi, is ready with his latest film Zamaanat, with Big B, Karisma Kapoor and Arshad Warsi enacting pivotal roles.
With Zamaanat slated for release in June this year, Raamanathan is geared up to start another film before the former is released.
"Mallika had heard of the subject that I was planning to make and expressed a keen desire to be a part of the film. I narrated the subject to her in detail and she signed the film instantly," the veteran states.
For a significant role in the film, Raamanathan is in negotiations with the Big B. "The role suits Mr. Bachchan perfectly and I am talking to him at the moment," the senior filmmaker divulges. If Big B agrees to be a part of the project, it would make an interesting set-up for sure.
Meanwhile, Raamanathan has made some exciting promos of Zamaanat, which were screened for the Mumbai media on Monday night [May 2]. Zamaanatbrings together Big B and Vijayashanti for the first time, as well as Karisma and Arshad, who have never been cast earlier.
