An interesting theory has emerged based on which some scientists are saying that many of the Government and other computer-generated reports are flawed. Through the use of low intensity targeted computer algorithm controlled Electromagnetic pulses, one can slowly modify computer programs creating flaws in reports, databases and even military systems.

According to some UFOs researchers, the extraterrestrial UFOs have the capabilities in manipulating any computer algorithm and programs to produce results and reports that are not what should have been created by the computer programs.

The technology consists of electromagnetic pulsing on a targeted environment when the computer is actually executing the program. It is not a “cyber worm” or “virus” that is hidden programs which actually execute on the target system and can be eliminated by various means. In this technology, the electromagnetic pulsing mechanisms and pulse scanning techniques can read, debug any computer algorithms on a remote computer. It can also manipulate the computer programs to produce wrong effects or results.

Reverse engineering this technology has produced shocking weapon systems that can disable any military of the world. Most of the military hardware is software controlled and communication systems are totally software based. The electromagnetic pulsing can disable instantaneously any military with most sophisticated technologies driven by conventional computer software and hardware. The effect can go further than that. The pulsing mechanism can be targeted to produce effects that can target the missile system of a Military to its own infrastructure.

Think about a scenario – during a war the Military is firing missiles that are coming back and hitting its own missile launching stations.

According to many think tanks, the future Military confrontation will be based on smart algorithms that control electromagnetic pulsing. The whole effort will be to disable others infrastructure and point the adversaries’ weapons to the adversaries themselves.

There are early indications that lot of work are being performed in these areas in many parts of the world. Computer systems are vulnerable to this new method of “instruction manipulation”. Extraterrestrials may have used this technology to keep the “Radars” blind from the UFOs. Reports are widespread that many people all over the world saw an UFO and pulled their digital camera or camcorders and tried to take a snap only to find later that there was nothing.
