If you thought Taliban is dead, think twice before you make a comment. They are wounded but not dead. That is really a scary thing for the civilized world. As a matter of fact they have set up a radio station in the Kandhahar Area where they some popular support.
According to media reports, Taliban militants in Afghanistan on April 18th launched a new mobile clandestine radio station called Shariat Shagh, or Voice of Shariat, which broadcasts anti-government commentary and Islamic hymns to five southern provinces, including Kandahar, the Taliban's former center of power. A Taliban spokesman said the station would broadcast twice daily from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
