India Army top officials violate law again - Is Indian Army out of control?

Senior Indian army officials, including the top army official of Leh — general officer commanding Lt Gen Ravi Dastani decided to violate law and take control of a commercial jet liner flying from Leh to Jammu. When a passenger asked why two unauthorized pilots are flying a commercial aircraft endangering the life of all the 180 passengers, the answers given were they has permission from Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) which was blatant lie on top of violating the law of the land.

These army Generals do not care to follow the law. They accept bribe, engage in corrupt scams involving real estate deals to army trucks and equipments. Now the top general in Leh is found violating aviation law of India creating danger for the lives of 180 passengers in a commercial jet.

Later, DGCA chief Bharat Bhushan was informed about this lapse. "I got a complaint about people being allowed inside the cockpit of the flight. On checking, it was found to be true. I have called the two pilots and airline's the director (safety) to explain this," Bhushan said.
