Cyber warfare is here - Israeli ''Stuxnet'' and American ''Flame'' taking on adversaries

Cyber warfare technologies are nothing new. An official proclamation by Americans and Israelis sets the stage for the third world war - cyber warfare.

Over this weekend, Israeli authorities admitted publicly for the first time to engaging in cyber activity consistently and relentlessly for the purposes of thwarting and disrupting enemy projects, Sydney Morning Herald says in an article.

American ''Flame'' initiative is takling the approach that offense is the best defense. Lesson learned from Iraq and Afghanistan warfare is clear - attck them in their ground and scare the hell out of them.

The problem lies not in taming the Pakistani,Iranian, Chinese government sponsored cyber attack operations. The real problem comes from individual hackers all around the world that can cite, the Governments did it first, why can''t we?

Cyber terrorism is a real threat specially against countries like India where politicians of ruling parties are busy stealing money and sending the same into foreign offshore accounts. Indian leadership have little clue on cyber terrorism. All that they can think of is to control their own democracy by using their Central Investigation Agency, FIR warrants against anyone they do not like, use of biometrics to control mass population of Indians.
