CBI has been favoring ruling politicians of India like Chidambaram and others in scams one after the other. Now a judge of a special CBI court, Mr T Pattabhi Ramarao was suspended for accepting bribe to grant bail to mining baron and former Karnataka minister Mr G Janardhan Reddy, an accused in the illegal mining case.
Can democracy have any meaning if CBI is manipulated and judges for CBI cases are taking bribes left and right?
The Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court, Mr Madan B Lokur, suspended of Mr Ramarao, first additional special judge for CBI cases, after receiving a tip-off from the Central Bureau of Investigation and later conducting an internal inquiry.
