Gautam Gambhir was sacked and Kohli was awarded the post of vice captain. Immauted inept Indian cricket selectors did not understand the dynamics of team management and control.

Gambhir replied with result. The Indian selectors led by a group from Chennai were hiding yesterday in their own back yard as Dhoni's dream team was defeated by marvelous batting by Bisla of Haryana and legendary Kalis of South Africa,

Virat Kohli is great player and a great fighter for India. But Gambhir showed his class. A leader has to be good guesser. Selection of Bisla to abide by the rule of four foreign players when Balaji was unavailable, worked. But it also shows the class of a leadership when decisions really work.
