ISM data shhows evidence of stagflation - stock market may stall

ISM Prices Index show robust inflation pressure hovering around 63.0 while ISM manufacturing index shows hardly any growth at 53. As a matter of fa ct ISM manufacturing index show a decline.

Stagflation is a phenomenon where people have employment but do not earn enough to pay for their fast rising bills. It results in underemployment. The stock market can be very selective. The overall index may stay the same while majority of the stock behave bearishly while some stocks skyrocket.
