CBI should investigate Indian defense minister not Vectra Chief
Partiv Sanghvi
Apr. 1, 2012

The pattern is clear. India's corrupt politicians demands and accept bribe saying no deal without "extra juice" and then when they get caught, they send their in-control CBI to charge the corporates who were forced to bribe to do any business in India.
Shameless Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) of India on Sunday issued a restraint order on non-resident Indian (NRI) businessman Ravi Rishi from leaving the country, as it said that the latter would be needed for questioning next week in connection with a case related to the supply of Tatra trucks to the Indian army. After letting Chindambaram, their boss, India n home minister off the hook, they went after Indian non-resident Indian (NRI) businessman Ravi Rishi letting defense minister Anthony off the hook.
India's defense minister has a lot to answer. The scam that has come out of the rug from Indian top General's statement is not matter CBI can ignore like a joke.
Acting on Chief of Army Staff General V.K. Singh's charge that he had been offered a bribe of Rs.14 crore to clear the supply of 600 sub-standard vehicles to the Indian army, the CBI issued a lookout notice in the name of Vectra boss Rishi. They should be looking for Indian defense Minsiter and not a business man trying to do business in India.
