Natural gas and electricity supplies were suspended in Pakistan's Balochistan province after two major pipelines were attacked and set on fire Feb. 8 by unidentified assailants in Nasirabad city, a spokesman for Sui Southern Gas Company said.

Electricity to some parts of Quetta city was restored, but other districts were in "complete darkness" for 24 hours, the official said.
