Venezuelan oil minister denies violating U.N. sanctions

Venezuelan Oil and Energy Minister Rafael Ramirez denied that Venezuela is selling gasoline to Iran in violation of U.N. Security Council sanctions because Iran has achieved gasoline self-sufficiency.
