US Dollar falling fast, demand from China and India creating the massive hyperinflation in the middle of US economic depression
Peter Oberois
Aug. 4, 2010

A new economic term is emerging. It is not stgflation but hyper depinflation - it is really hyper inflation in the middle massive depression.

The culprit is the weakness in the US Dollar. The growth in China and India is so fast that US dollar is losing value. The goods and services are getting sucked away by the Asian giants. From paper, to grains, all commodity prices are rising very fast. The demand in China is massive. Their buying power is super strong.

The US dollar has dipped into a multi-month lows against the world’s major currencies as investors are betting that evidence of a renewed failing US recovery is ready to further initiate monetary easing by the Federal Reserve. That itself is feeding into further hyperinflation.

The resultant is a new economic phenomenon never seen since the great economic depression in the Roman empire: economic depression accompanied with cataclysmic hyperinflation from the Asian demand.
