Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission of America plans to perform detailed audit of Goldman Sachs processes and system level past data on its derivatives business.
The chairperson of the commission says the commission will back down from the detailed demands of transparency and audit trail.
The Obama Administration appointed the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission to bring complete and detailed transparency for the financial services giants in America. These financial institutions were the root cause of financial meltdown and recession in America because of ruthless risk taking through derivative trading.
