India and US ready to seal anti-terror pact but how will America justify racial profiling of colored men and women in America based on religion, color, and creed?

Some shameful white American Police personnel violate American constitution by racially profiling men and women of color. They arrest, and bring false charges against people of color based on their religion, skin color, ethnicity, and creed.

Americans are proud of their police men and women without knowing what is going on in the name of justice in American courts. They are also proud of American prosecutors who support these sinful American while police personnel. Remember not all American cops are racist. A very few of them are racist but that is enough to spread the shame on all of America in these age of civilized nationhood and liberty!

At the same time, today, America and India are ready to seal the anti-terror pact. US and India will sign a pact on intelligence sharing and counter-terrorism during the Prime Minister's visit, one of nearly a dozen agreements to be inked during the visit. Details of the pact are not being disclosed yet, but such was the importance of the agreement that CIA Director Leon Panetta flew down to New Delhi last week to discuss details with his Indian counterparts before the fine print could be drawn up. The agreement could involve exchanging and stationing more intelligence personnel in the two countries, including mobile units, to facilitate better interaction.

Mahatma Gandhi would have had a heart attack if he was alive today! Racial profiling and injustice based on religion, color, and creed are the root cause of terrorism. Mahatma Gandgi recognized that in outh Africa. He fought for racial injustice all his life. After all Indian independence movement was nothing other than a revolt against British racism against ethnic Indians. America and India must know that. Pakistan and China must acknowledge that. It is sinful for China to prosecute innocent Tibetans. It is sinful for Al-Queda to kill innocent non-Muslims. It is equally sinful for America to prosecute innocent men of color who are not “pure” white.

How can India justify signing a pact with America on anti-terrorism when American police personnel continues to racially profile men and women of color in America. NJ State police was caught red handed by American Civil Liberties Union as the State continued to support its “organized racism” within its police force for decades. Even today police in small towns of white neighborhoods racially profile men and women of color and arrest them with false charges. It happens all over United States.

How can Indian. PM Manmohan Singh accept this injustice? How can India, the nation that Mahatma Gandhi founded, accept racial profiling by America?

Is friendship with America so important that India can forget the foundation of its nationhood? Should America first prosecute those who promote racial profiling first?

But today, India is no longer the leader of NAM. Now it is a satelite nation of the Western powers. Brazil now look at itself as a new emerging true leader. It is no loger an American satelite nation.
