The time is right for RSS to say Bande Ma Taram - let BJP be a real opposition party

BJP MP and actor Shatrughan Sinha on Friday said RSS should take the saffron party under its wings. Sonia Gandhi must know that in India there is something called Hindutva - a real opposition voice.

India cannot be a nation without a solid opposition party forever.

Shatrughan said BJP is an offshoot of RSS, though many in the party like him have not come from RSS. "Two crucial elections in Jharkhand and Bihar are ahead. There is an immediate need for RSS to take over the party to remove the confusion," he added.

Hindutva must be the front end of BJP. Pakistan, China and other nations must learn that Hindutva is real nationalist movement in India that will not tolerate interference in Indian internal political matters. RSS led BJP will not tolerate a single terrorism in India from Islamic fundamentalists.

"Two crucial elections in Jharkhand and Bihar are ahead. There is an immediate need for RSS to take over the party to remove the confusion," he added. Admitting BJP's defeat in Maharashtra, Haryana and Arunachal Pradesh and earlier reverses in LS polls were not sudden developments; he said these were fallout from leadership crisis in the party. Foreign powers have influenced some people in BJP to make sure that BJP does not exist as a political opposition party. That must end. The foreigners has to go back to their own coutry and not meddle in India’s internal affairs.
