World superpowers allowed the supply of nukes in South Asia: Indian External Affairs Minister, Natwar Singh
How did Pakistan assemble the nukes? How is it that Pakistan is the only country that has very little achievements in fundamental scientific research but has assembled the nuclear bombs to create the so-called “Islamic Nuke”? The answer lies in what Indian External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh
said: “ World superpowers allowed the supply sources of the illegal transfer of nuclear weapons and its technology in South Asia.”
For the same reason, Pakistan, Iran and North Korea has significant missiles but no capabilities to put a probe in the orbit.
Singh also said that superpowers are overly focused on finding the recipients of the "clandestine proliferation," instead of the suppliers. He added that the Nonproliferation Treaty would impose costs on India and hurt its security.
