It is time for America to stop indiscriminate abuse of power in harassing colored college professors and other intellectuals. Although America has a black President, the racist cops are adventerous as ever. They know the white America will rally behind them and they can do what ever they like because the jury is still predominantly white and prosecutors and judges do not oppose the racist cops.

America must wake up! It is time for Sgt. James Crowley to resign and face civil rights as well as human rights prosecution. Will Cambridge authorties have the moral courage to do that? No matter how much liberal Massachussets is, it cannot happen so easily in White America. It is easy to replaced a failed white President with a black one, but America it is not that easy to uproot racism from your police force.

It is time for a change America! It is time to show the desire for justice and regards for human rights and civil rights.

Interestingly, the racist cop, the officer who arrested a black Harvard professor says President Obama offended police when he accused Cambridge authorities of acting stupidly. Sgt. James Crowley said the president's comment "offended not just officers in the Cambridge Police Department but officers around the country."

Obama did the right thing. Enough is enough! It is time for America to prosecute one by one racist cops and prosecutors. Sgt. James Crowley violated the Federal Law known as ‘Color of Law’. It is a violation of fourteenth amendment of US constitution. The details of this can be obtained from Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) website.

In addition, Cambridge Police department and Sgt. James Crowley violated the “American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man.” In specific, Article XVII: “Every person has the right to be recognized everywhere as a person having rights and obligations, and to enjoy the basic civil rights” was violated. America is signatory of many international protocols that do not allow such behavior by its cops.
