Pakistan Army and ISI want a clear dialog with India’s Military (not Manmohan Singh and company) on a no-war pact
Kiran Chaube
Jul. 23, 2009

Pakistan Army and ISI are secretly trying to find India as a friend to relieve American pressures. Interestingly, there are increasing indications that Pakistan Army and ISI are requesting direct dialogs with Indian defense officials over a compromise. That can help Pakistan in getting tougher with American demands over neutralizing Taliban and Al-Queda.

What will be India’s reaction? It can be finally an opportunity for India to finally legitimize Kashmir and get Pakistan on its side. That will also antagonize the Americans and to some extent the Chinese. China wants India and Pakistan to fight each other forever. America for now wants Pakistan to cleanse its soil and get rid of Talibans and Al-Queda operatives. Pakistan’s Military and ISI fooled US President George Bush for seven years but now Obama is a smart man and is not agreeing to get fooled with false promised any more. They believe Manmohan Singh is an American Agent and so are the Congress party in India. They do not want to talk with India’s current ruling party officials, ministers or even the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

ISI chief Lt Gen Shuja Pasha, a trusted aide of powerful army chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani, has been involved in the move and reportedly brought up the matter during a meeting with the three defence advisers in the Indian High Commission earlier this month, the sources said.
