The next wave of financial meltdown about to start – small bank lining up for TARP funds

The TARP money has bailed out the big banks. But now small banks all over US are lining up for the Federal help. They want to take the money and loan the same at higher rates to risky hometown businesses. The hope is that the economy will turn around and another ten year prosperity cycle will hit the ground straight.
If the economy does not turn around, the next wave of financial meltdown will wipe out the financial infrastructure.
Thes esmall banks plan to funnel the money it can get from the Treasury Department into loans to fledgling businesses.
