Israeli militia faces war crime prosecution after the military actions in Gaza – bring to justice those who killed 1300 innocent Palestinian civilians

Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, the Gaza-based Palestinian Centre for Human Rights and B’tselem, the Israeli Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories, have said Israel should be investigated for possible war crimes after the military actions in Gaza, which killed more than 1,300 Palestinians.

It is time for international community to bring the Israeli militia under the control of humanity.

Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International have accused Israel of using white phosphorus shells, which can cause severe burns, in densely populated areas in Gaza. White phosphorus is permissible under international law to provide smoke screens, while the Geneva Convention bars the use of incendiary ammunition against civilian targets.

Israeli militia with support from American Jewish community have violated international norm of combat and killing innocent people in Gaza strip. Someone, some people must be brought to justice for killing 1300 innocent lives. Someone has to be responsible for making so many widows, orphans, and people without limbs, eyes, legs and so on. Otherwise, it will be case of double standard, some terrorists are brought to justice, and some are let go!
