Matter is merely a function of quantum vacuum fluctuations. If you thought you were made of something solid and substantial, think again. New calculations show that protons and neutrons, two of the major building blocks of all matter, are mostly made up of virtual particles.

Scientists and engineers all around the world are busy looking at the phenomenon and trying to understand the technology and science behind UFO stealth. UFOs are invisible because they use the quantum vacuum fluctuations of matter that allows use of the properties of exotic virtual particles.

The manifestation of our type zero civilization is just an instant realization of virtual particles making it a unique universe. This means there can be innumerable entities all around us and we just cannot “see” or “perceive” them. The true existence is in the realm of virtual particles. These virtual particles make up the quantum hyperspace in which matter, antimatter and many other realizations coexist to form various kinds of universes.

An advanced type three or higher civilization can use these virtual particles, the associated vacuum fluctuations, and the possible other manifestations to create the ideal stealth that we just cannot get to decipher. Our perception is limited to the world of neutrons, and protons. But these neutrons and protons are just one of the billions of manifestations of virtual matters.
