"Traveling between India and Pakistan should be stopped altogether. ...Government should also consider scaling down our high commission in Pakistan and recalling our High Commissioner, and ensure that ISI is declared a terrorist organization." BJP spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad told media reporters.

If America does not declare ISI as a terrorist organization, the ball is in American court and the Americans must justify their tolerance to terrorism in India.

"India should stop using the term non-state actors any further as elements in ISI must have played an important role in planning and facilitation of the Mumbai terror attack. India must take a frontal position against the ISI and take steps for it being declared a terrorist organization," Prasad said.

The international community has tolerated Pakistani terrorism for a long time. It is time to neutralize the roots of terror – the ISI and Kiani’s infrastructure. BJP is for friendship with a friend – not a terrorist nation where terror is the weapon of the official military and the intelligence mechanism.
