Obama failing to come clean from the dark side of South Side Chicago politics – people losing hope on the ‘audacity of hope’
Team Obama is in trouble. Before they take control of the US Treasury for the next four years, keep the neo-cons happy with front end goodies (Hillary Clinton and company), enjoy the honeymoon based on ‘taking the base for granted’ and bashing they gays, lesbians, downtrodden, and poor when needed to satisfy the rich, elite and bigots, the a-bomb has exploded in the South Side of Chicago. Obama now is defending his role and ‘dealing’ with the officials from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
According to a report compiled by Greg Craig, Obama's incoming White House counsel, the president-elect talked to officials from the U.S. Attorney's Office on Thursday. Investigators also interviewed key Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett on Friday and Obama's chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel, on Saturday.
Presdent elect Obama has betrayed his own base. The same people who helped with with hard earned dollars sacrificing their lunch money, worked day and night to get rid of ‘fascism’ in the oval office, now face total disappointment. They cannot believe how Obama is betraying his own base.
Obama is failing to come clean of his political skeltons in the closet. He may not be corrupt but there is no doubt that his surroundings are infested with questionable characters that are eager to put the progressive base down and keep the neo-cons happy so that they can loot the US Treasury just like Bush and Paulson.
