India making ready a white paper for major powers proving Pakistani ISI’s direct command and control in Mumbai terror attacks

National Security Adviser M K Narayanan is drafting a detailed "white paper" on Pakistan's hand in the Mumbai terror attacks that will be circulated to various world leaders early next week.
The white paper will be based on interrogations of one of the terrorists arrested as also intercepts of communications between the terrorists and their masters, the officials said.
The officials said the government has already ordered that the intelligence officials of the United States, Britain, Israel, Australia and two other countries who are in Mumbai be provided all the information gathered to let them probe and give their first-hand reports to their governments.
With so many foreigners killed in the terror attacks, the government hopes that the world leaders will take seriously the documentation Narayanan is readying for circulation, the officials added.
