The only man who did not agree to receive the bribe was gunned down. The rest of Indian Government starting from PMO’s office received bribes. The Mumbai police, Indian intelligence officials allowed these Pakistani elite commandoes to establish the command and control center, access to police vehicles.

The negotiations behind the scene started just after the forty Pakistani commandoes, ISI operatives and Al-Queda militia took control of ten major centers all over Mumbai. The terror squad chief of Mumbai led the first assault/negotiation team to Taj. He was gunned down with three bullets into his heart. The Mumbai Police was in shock and terror. For three hours Pakistan was in control of Mumbai.

India finally responded with handing over the city to Indian Military. Indian navy chased Pakistani frigates, took control over suspected Middle Eastern cargo ship that carried the terrorists and acted as the mother ship. They found the rubber boats that were used to land near India Gate. The planning was done for months. Indian bribed Police handed over the cars and infrastructure to the Pakistani terrorists to start rampaging the city.
