India keeps pressure on Nepal to bring back democracy in the Kingdom – silent economic blockade?

India keeps the pressure on Nepal active to bring back the lost democracy of Nepal and make the King of Nepal accept people’s rule instead of scraping democracy in the name of corruption and fight with communist rebels – the Maoists.
According media reports from Nepal, sixteen oil tankers headed for Nepal were delayed on March 23rd by Indian authorities in Naugachia for alleged nonpayment of tolls. An additional 55 tankers returned to Nepal empty after India prevented them from filling up at the Barauni Supply Depot. These actions are reminiscent of India's moves in its 1989 economic blockade of Nepal.
The King of Nepal is still reluctant to talk about democracy. The Maoists are threatening a massive strike and actions against Government forces starting April 2.
